Superior Straw is the perfect name for this hard-working super lightweight bedding.

The fork slips into and out of the straw with ease. Since my time is precious. I work full time and need to clean ASAP whether its running our small farmette like ours or a large facility.

Natural, Lightweight, chushy and softer plus airy/ventilated [meaning it does not stick to each strand and no more back aches] for a speedy muck-up.

EZ /faster "apple-picking" . I am sure our livestock also appreciate its freshness.

Hi Steve,
This past month and a half has been very difficult for me. The end of my pregnancy was rough and wound with me having an emergency attempted induction and c-section. Our son was in the NICU for 11 days and being a new mom, especially to a preemie, has been a rewarding but exhausting experience. I cannot tell how grateful I am that, during this very difficult period, I haven't found myself worrying about the horses. Thank you so much for running the wonderful facility that you do. It's been great for me to go out to see the horses and see that they are happy and healthy, so that I can focus my attention on healing and caring for little Elijah for these first few weeks.

I hope everything is well with you and your family and that you are enjoying this first dusting of snow, which looks so lovely. Sincerely,

Dear Steve,

Thanks so much for the hay delivery today!

I have been using another supplier for the last four years (a good friend ) anyway, as you know this year has been challenging because there has been very little rain and I'm down to the last few bales of hay in the back of the barn. I threw out a bale of 4 year old hay (yours) for my pasture horses and they left the lush grass and ate your 4 year old hay. It still smells really good and they enjoyed every mouthful, so I decided to give you a call and order some more.

Dear Steve,
You were right! The bales of hay did a nice job as a mulch cover for my vegetable garden. There are no weeds at all! I'm very happy about that. Thank you for taking the time to think this through with me. I'm a happy customer!

Cathy Pearlman,

Thank you very much for the excellent hay. I continue to be SO happy with the hay you are supplying me. Martin and Larry were terrific, and I am once again incredibly pleased with the high quality of the hay. I really appreciate it.

I checked my calendar and the last delivery of 126 bales lasted 8 weeks for two horses (because my older horse was eating some mixed hay that I had leftover from earlier shipments). Since this current delivery included 21 bales of mixed hay for Thunder, we should plan to have another delivery by the first week in April at latest. If I need to go ahead and pay for and reserve grass hay for that delivery, please let me know. I want to ensure a reliable source of grass hay, if we can. And I want you to know that I am definitely your loyal customer after these last two deliveries of beautiful hay.

Let me know if you have any luck with a conveyor. Of course, if you do, we can take more hay at a time.

Thanks for the delicious hay! Raising goats in the city, it was hard to find good hay at a reasonable price. We were down to one bale and the delivery of 20 bales we expected never happened. With hungry goats bleating at us, my son found you on the web and drove out to get 24 bales that day. The girls love it, thanks so much!

Hi Steve,
I wanted to let you know how happy I am at Galusha Farm in Warrenville, IL. I loved leasing your horse Jackie B, and now that I have my own horse, Valentine I couldn't be happier. Both Val and I love the natural herd environment and the 10 acres of pasture - my horse can truly be a horse! We also enjoy being so close to the forest preserve trails and the convenience of the Prairie Path - we have gone for miles and miles and still have lots of areas to explore. This is a wonderful place to be, and I'm always happy to recommend your barn to others, like my friend who just moved her horse into your barn when she moved from Wisconsin.

Thanks for running a wonderful facility,

Hi Steve, I've been back from vacation for 2 weeks and have enjoyed riding during these final weeks of summer. Sue, Melissa and I rode to Blackwell Forest Preserve for 4 1/2 hours on Friday! Your barn is PERFECTLY located for Blackwell Forest Preserve, Herrick Lake Forest Preserve, St. James Farm Forest Preserve, and Danada Forest Preserve! I really like being at your barn.

All the people are nice.

Thanks, Sue Hilton

I just wanted to say I/horses love the hay! It looked so pretty and green that I even wanted to eat it. My horses have not wasted one bit and even better I have not had to soak one flake. This makes me very happy! Thank you!
